We encourage you to take a moment before checking out to make sure the items in your cart are exactly what you want. Please review product details, formats, and quantities carefully, as all purchases are final.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. This includes, but is not limited to,:

Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically and are available for download immediately after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be returned or revoked once delivered or accessed, all digital sales are final.
Digital files are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, reproduced, or resold in any form.
Physical Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical products.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take care in packing every order. Because our products are boutique and limited-run, all sales are final.
Replacements are considered only if an item arrives defective, unusable, or incorrect as a result of a fulfillment or production issue.
If you believe your item qualifies, request a review via our contact form within 7 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos showing the issue with the item

Clear photos of the shipping box if applicable
Please note: Photo documentation is required to determine eligibility. Items that remain fully usable and intact are not eligible for replacement, Cosmetic or minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality or usability of the product are not eligible for replacement.
All replacement decisions are made at our discretion. Refunds are not offered.
Lost Packages & Carrier Issues
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Whole + Holy is not responsible for loss, delays, or damage that occurs during transit.
If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
We won't have any additional information than you do by checking the tracking information. Please contact the carrier to resolve any issue with delivery. They will be able to help you best to locate your package or address any delays.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, tariffs, or other taxes or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Whole + Holy is not responsible for additional charges, delays, or non-delivery resulting from unpaid customs fees or taxes. Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
